If you don't have the Giant Katsuyu summoning mystery use the Fire Main's 4th shield mystery

Round 1: Wait for their standard attacks (last one is Madara) and use Fire Main's mystery to interrupt Karin, use Naruto on Madara, Madara's mystery on Madara
