Basically it's to make a Team that isn't led by the creator and can only be used for team instance. Why you ask? Because I'm a lazy person but also one in the best position to help people on my server. However as most people have figured out by now, Jonin Medals leave very little left in a day to be done. I've got nothing left to do, but Team Instance is still up. I can help my group members and friends but really I've got better things to do, especially when I can auto battle through every Team Instance so long as there's 2 members (me inclusive). I also don't really check back very often because each team takes different times to finish all their runs. Some have level 5 friends others have regular people not even on your friends list. That and some Youtube Videos are more interesting than others.

So here's a suggestion, although I'm not really sure if it can be implemented. Have a new 'Freelance Team' option. After all, there's already a side menu to see 'Normal' teams. These teams are hosted by anyone willing to run team instance, BUT there's no gurantee that anyone will run with them. So really like any other freelancer out there. What happens next, maybe a few settings involved here, is that the person is automatically matched into Team Instance teams prioritising those who are running at the closest level. So a level 69 will be matched to Instance level 60 before being matched to Instance level 30.


How it works is that people can manually join the team or the team is automatically put into the Team Matching system. But since you need to move and such, the FIRST person to join the room, AKA member number 2, will have leader role. So they get to pick what instance they will run. Although knowing some players, it may be better to just leave it to the Team Matching system.


The positives in this is that Team instances can be cleared more easily and the unseen players can get their share of the rewards too. Because sometimes when you don't say anything and the team matching is empty, what can you do? It also adds on to the current automatching system because it can, possibly, match EVERY Team Instance instead of JUST that lonely level 30 one. It also helps newer members in old servers as most people won't bother helping for lower levels or as I mentioned earlier, they've got better things to do. It also makes the Team system look more.......'Varied' or 'Better?', well maybe.




The Negatives is the effort needed to code this of course but as a counter, this system could be a good precedence for any other type of team activity that could come up in the future. Another thing is possibly trollers but I don't really see many coming to a casual game like this.

I know this is a lot of work to get by. But overall it seems like a fun thing to add, even though it was though of because of a lazy reason. It might not get added to the game but at least I'm throwing it out there to see if it really is more helpful.
