Hi!
You can get Konomaharu only from Community events tab if your invitee completes a 1st time recharge. (Community events tab should be visible in browser version of the game)

You're forgetting to mention Sennin Six Paths in Arena, Spill. ;)

If you get to Sennin Six Paths in arena you can get konohamaru for free.
