Hello,
This interface was replaced with the Exchange interface, found in the upper right hand corner of the Recruit interface. The link is dead but this new system/interface exists and can be used to complete the missions there.
Hopefully the link gets fixed soon and the text updated, sorry for the inconvenience!

IKR (Though), Yeshe San And Also About 1 Year Ago I Had (Also) Discussed This Same Topic With Them (The Moderating Staff That Is) And Yet Still It Lingers In This Game For Some Unexplained Reason (Though)..?

It can be completed. I believe you simply have not done so yet. I believe it is asking for the total number of stars of your ninja. If you star up a ninja or get a new ninja that number should increase.

I see. Yes, but I don't know which ninja's count in the collection.

Any and all ninjas should count. Try starring up any ninja. You should see your number in this interface increase.

What..But When I Check My Ninja Collection Tab In My Ninja Handbook For Some Reason Or Another It Stopped Checking My Ninjas' Stars At 393/400 Though (Although I Think This Is A Direct Result Of The Ninja Collection Page Being Shut Down At That Time Though) But Even When I Managed To Collect More Ninjas In My Recruitment List (Currently Speaking Though) Like Kushina (Red Hot Habanero), Izuna Uchiha, Kisame (Samehada Fusion Mode), Sage Of Six Paths Naruto..It Will Always Remain With The Same Statistic For Me Back Then (Personally Speaking Though)
