I was wondering what the delay was on purchasing using Bitcoin. Transactions were successful, however no gold is showing on account.

What is the expected delay?

It can sometimes take an hour or two for ingots to be delivered to your account. If you've passed that window, we would recommend putting in a customer support ticket to see what the issue is.
