Loading stops at 14% and after moment "Failed to connect. Please contact ouer customer support service" pops up. Other servers work as always. I have good network connection. Any idea? Reply

Hello, I tested your server and was able to login, and saw that many others were online. I would suggest clearing your client cache, and flushing DNS cache, then restarting your PC and see if you still experience this issue.
