I just wondering if iruka passive teaching guide +2 attack and ninjutsu increase 40% can stack with killer bee tailed beast instructor attack and ninjutsu increase 30%?

the rule of thumb is something like, if its not the same buff it stacks however on some cases it might be a bit tricky, here is a guide with all the stacking that was already posted in the strategy section:
