i purchesed the rolling waves item from the mystery stone shop, but i dont have it. it says after purchesing to renew for 7days. but i dont have the gift pack it says i should have. any ideas?

Hello, it should only exist in the Reputation Hall interface, under the background pattern when choosing the new title. Please let me know if you do not see it there.
