Are you referring to the Resource Recovery tab of the Benefit Hall interface pane? If so, this will automatically activate once it becomes applicable. That is, once you have resources to recover. The resources that can be recovered from this function are missed resources from Daily Practice from the previous day. Are you unable to access these resources. Please let me know, thanks!
