Hello,
Are you referring to the Resource Recovery tab of the Benefit Hall interface pane? If so, this will automatically activate once it becomes applicable. That is, once you have resources to recover. The resources that can be recovered from this function are missed resources from Daily Practice from the previous day. Are you unable to access these resources. Please let me know, thanks!

As mentioned, this function will automatically activate once it becomes applicable. If it is not accessible, it means you did not miss any resources. The resources that can be recovered from this function are missed resources from Daily Practice from the previous day. If you feel there are resources that you missed that should be there, you will need to open a customer support ticket to get them. Here is the link.
