Hello,
Do you, by chance, have a screenshot of the early morning rankings showing all of the players still ranked from the previous? No matter what, you will need to submit a ticket to the customer support platform to get this issue resolved, but a screenshot from as close to the reset time as possible will be helpful in getting this matter resolved as quickly as possible. OK, perfect, these screenshots are exactly what you need. Make sure to submit them in a ticket to the CS platform. I will notify them of the failed reset on my end, too, but you need to submit the ticket to make sure you get compensation for the error. I will check in to see what happened with the failed reset.

OK, the tech team is looking into this issue. No turnaround time on it, yet, but it's been brought to their attention and they are looking into it.

I don't know why the policy is to mark the tickets as resolved rather than outstanding, but this is something that they do. As far as I'm aware, from what I last heard they are looking into the issue.
You can bump the ticket or open a new ticket at your preference to keep the issue fresh and ensure the issue is being looked into. I would recommend bumping the previous ticket, personally.
