For some reason, Infinite Illusion rankings didn't reset today and players didn't get rewards.

Server 1404 Split Rock Gun, twice merged.

Hello,
Do you, by chance, have a screenshot of the early morning rankings showing all of the players still ranked from the previous? No matter what, you will need to submit a ticket to the customer support platform to get this issue resolved, but a screenshot from as close to the reset time as possible will be helpful in getting this matter resolved as quickly as possible. I don't, but screenshots from today clearly show ranking did not reset. Notice user in red rectangle, he was not online for two days, meaning he was not online yesterday. So, if he wasn't online yesterday how could he be ranked? He couldn't, if ranking reset. Which it didn't.

OK, perfect, these screenshots are exactly what you need. Make sure to submit them in a ticket to the CS platform. I will notify them of the failed reset on my end, too, but you need to submit the ticket to make sure you get compensation for the error. I will check in to see what happened with the failed reset.

OK, the tech team is looking into this issue. No turnaround time on it, yet, but it's been brought to their attention and they are looking into it.

Yeah, I submitted the ticket and got response isue was forwarded and is being looked into.

Good to know Oasis considers issue resolved. Except:

- coupons are still missing. I waited til today to see if we get double the amount so at least we are in the same place as servers not affected by bug. How naive of me. Sure, ranking reset, coupons were delievered, but only standard amount. So, server is still missing one week worth of coupons

- compensation: none.

So no, I do not consider issue resolved, players on my server are in the same place they would be without submitting the ticket.

I don't know why the policy is to mark the tickets as resolved rather than outstanding, but this is something that they do. As far as I'm aware, from what I last heard they are looking into the issue.
You can bump the ticket or open a new ticket at your preference to keep the issue fresh and ensure the issue is being looked into. I would recommend bumping the previous ticket, personally.
