1＃ Go Toi have a question, why the page says "loading..." with a white screen so long? was there a server maintenance (i was playing on s1 ny btw) or it's a bug?

Hello, this occurs when the game is still trying to load, or failed during the load process. Please try clearing the client cache and flushing DNS. After doing so, you will likely need to restart your PC before logging back into the game. If this issue still persists, you might need to login while using a VPN, which will likely require trying out many different servers within the VPN before you are able to bypass the issue.
