Hello,
The ninja collection system was removed in favor of the ninja exchange system. You can gain access to this system by going into the recruit section in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, then clicking the exchange *on in the upper right hand corner. Unfortunately, the link you see in your screenshot does not work, but the rewards and redemption still do.
