I am having trouble getting a Verification for my account, To change the password and email address. I checked my inbox and my spam folder, still haven't received it. Been at this for 3 days. Tried to ask customer support, and i got nothing out of it. I hope someone on here, can help me with this. Just do not understand why they can't make the Verification more user friendly, Even if your having troubles receiving it.
I talked to the customer support over this numerous times. and, I still got no resolve over this. Just want to change the password and the email associated with the account, But i am not getting the verification email like i should. It's been 1 month since i last logged into my account, Due to usual activity and someone changed the password, So i can not give any info to the Tech Support that they are asking.
Can you guys make a exception just this once ?
