I checked my inbox and my spam folder, still haven't received it. Been at this for 3 days. Tried to ask customer support, and i got nothing out of it. I hope someone on here, can help me with this. Just do not understand why they can't make the Verification more user friendly, Even if your having troubles receiving it. Reply

Hello, sadly the only method to do this is through the Customer Service. This takes some time due to the work hours, and the verification process.

I talked to the customer support over this numerous times. and, I still got no resolve over this. Just want to change the password and the email associated with the account, But i am not getting the verification email like i should. It's been 1 month since i last logged into my account, Due to usual activity and someone changed the password, So i can not give any info to the Tech Support that they are asking.

Can you guys make a exception just this once ?

Can't post the email address here but, Can you ? It's not like I'm asking for a boat or anything right ?

Sadly, there is nothing we can do from the forums for account security, it all has to be done through Customer Service.
