Hello, I was not able to replicate this, did this continue to occur for you? Was the mystery able to be used by Gaara, or did it just show as such?

Whether it's endurance or field Jiraiya [toads chant] Skill is not valid for non player ninjas. They were not affected。It only works if the opposite side is a player

Still He only limits players, not robots. His skills are normal

Ahhh okay, most PvE events have their own set of rules, and will behave differently than normal, particularly events such as Ninja Exam, where it can be seen as very prevalent.
