Its a random pull bag that allows you to get a chance to pull any one thing from that list. It's in your inventory and if you hover over it you can see what's in it. I know that Itachi (80 frags) and hashirama (80 frags) are in it.

Am I right to say that if you were to buy mood scroll from shop for example that cost 15 coupons so it's better to be spending 20 on a dice to roll since you'll get atleast 5 points with a random chance of getting other stuff.

I would recommend u to spam your coupons on this, there is very high chance to get lvl 4 and 5 magatamas at least. Also, u can get stuffs like seal scroll, stamina pots, Summon scrolls from the both and some points for Redeem shop.

so far I've opened roughly 20 of these. No fragments yet, but a lot of lvl 4 magatama

i opened 3 packs and got magtamas, which is good still
