I have rank 3 armor, but I can't claim the gift pasks, because I got it before the event. How do you expect us to upgrade them if we can't gather medium materials? We need 190 ingots/coupons for a single point in the rank upgrade. And rank 4 is up to 50 points. I got rank 2 with 42 out of 50. That would be 7980 ingots/coupons. Noone is that rich, and even if we were, that is a waste of money. You should really rethink this whole upgrading thing. Like let us get the high grade threads in SA challange (about which I wrote a suggestion earlier). Reply

Agree that this *s, but Hidan attack is coming. It has medium thread and will most likely replace strong approach.

I agree with this. There needs to be a drop in rate for thread at medium

OR

there needs to be a way to convert common thread into medium thread. Currently have almost 100 common thread in excess.

Just curious, why do you say it will replace the Hanzo challenge? Now that we know how to beat it that makes sense, but I figured maybe they'd keep both around for players without enough common thread.

I'm in the same boat as you; I knew that this event was coming from a tip from a friend around a week ago, maybe more, so I saves all the common thread I won to upgrade once the event came. I got impatient though and used it all, like, a few days ago T_T. At the rate it takes to upgrade it's impossible to get more than one rebate and for some to get any rebates without paying. Whether that was the strategy of this event or not, it's still...
