I had almost 3k coupons and was doing survival trial and then suddenly it only showed 4 coupons. As a f2p, that took ages get. Pls help.

Hello, did you happen to use a system that allows you to auto-use your resources, with an option to purchase more if you run out, such as refines? If so, it is possible that it auto-purchased some refines to try to complete the current level. If not, please create a CS ticket.
