Hello, sometimes ingots can take a little bit to get to your account, but it usually gets placed in your account almost immediately after the transaction is confirmed by Oasis. However, if you still have not received your ingots, please ensure that the transaction was finalized by your bank, which might require contacting them. If the transaction was fully processed by your bank, then please create a CS ticket and provide them with the Transaction ID associated with the purchase.
