I have recharged in the morning and all was looking fine, and now i try again and the transaction goes trough but not the full amount has been deducted while it shows on my application that it should be the full amount.
I haven't received nothing yet for my last 2 transactions.
Hello, I would suggest contacting your financial institution to inquire if the transaction was fully processed on their end, and if not, then please create a CS ticket and they will be able to assist you.
