How often does the 60k fuku deals come and is the 60k the highest deals or is there higher than that?

So far, we only had 2 Fukurokumaru's Deal that has 60k Milestone and those weeks were special weeks. Most likely, those higher milestone Fukurokumaru's Deals will appear during special occasions but it is still not sure if they will. Thank you.
