Jiburiru is completely unprofessional and keeps embarrassing him/herself.

These p0rn links can stay but calling out their bullsh1t gets deleted in seconds. Oh well, he/she has to live with that. We are just spectators to this disaster.

The previous linked thread was closed due to inactivity. I waited for a response from the original poster and never received one, then eventually (fairly recently, I believe) closed the thread due to inactivity. I usually close threads due to inactivity after about two to four weeks so that old threads cannot be revived.

In regards to the second screenshot, please let me know where that active link is so that I can close it down. We don't condone that kind of link on the forum, and I will take steps to close it down immediately if you can let me know where it is. Thank you!

As for the your more general topic of being upset with admins in general, I do see that you are upset, but I must remind you that the theme of this particular subforum is "bugs and suggestions." So unless you have a bug or support issue you need assistance with or have a suggestion you'd like to make, then you are off-topic and I must kindly relegate you to a different sub-forum. Talking about general topics would probably most likely be handled in the General subforum. Once we handle the issue of that active link, I will most likely close down this thread.

The mere fact that players are forced to come to this section (Bugs & Support) to not get deleted / censored and voice their concerns, because mods like you are professional and actually do their job right, should be an indication of the situation in the "General Discussion" section.

You are asking us to go to delete-land (General discussion) and complain that our posts get deleted if they have the slightest criticism or opinion, no matter how polite or well articulated it is. It is silly, because that very thread, would get deleted in 10 seconds. Players wouldn't post in the wrong section if that was possible.

It is clear that Jiburiru ether has orders to delete and censor anything resembling criticism, player concerns or opinions that conflict their own, or simply he/she abuses his/her power as a moderator. I want to believe the latter is happening and he/she is simply unprofessional and unfit for mod because otherwise it's a bad look for the company.

well first of all it can be categorized as support 2nd of all if this is the wrong section then why don't we have a right section? if anything is posted in "General Discussion" is insta-deleted due to "enthusing drama" and 3rd, not sure if is "the wrong section" since there is a pinned thread on "Misbehavior Report" so, indirectly makes this the right section, now on the topic... the general topic is hit multiple times by bots with links hidden in messages and stuff, i personally always report them and after a while (some take days) finally get deleted... NOW... if I or anyone says anything remotely "*y" or not agreeing with someone, doesn't matter what it is, the comments and posts get deleted, hell even posts that are just questions get deleted... for example the froggy last week, people actually genuine making threads in general discussion to ask what happened to it, not to hate on anyone or anything simply "hey what happened" so they don't spam this section or whatnot, and the more people asked the more got deleted... like... what? people ask cuz they don't know and you delete their normal and genuine question...

as for everything... do you think is normal that links to shady websites that might actually * you for money or p0rn websites have to be reported and take up to few days to be done something AND "*y" conversations in special from certain targeted people gets instantly deleted the second they are made? do you feel that this is normal?

why there are words like "$picy" and "h@cked" censored?

I've known the dark side of jiburiru 3-4 months ago, and actually voiced it out in post. But since nobody is ready to support or response to me, eventually the post died down, or maybe deleted. Then, I just stopped replying in forum since then. Surprised me now that someone do the same thing here.

Hope other responsible and professional moderator or someone can take appropriate action. Thank you.

For a example on the forum right now for those "money" or "p0rn" link, you can find one right no [Events] New Event Cycle - 7th of October page 2, 11 post from the top.

It's there for sometime now and there no way to directly click to say it's a message that directly violate oasis forum rule. Maybe adding a icon to click to report those message would make it a lot more faster for moderator to spot them.

the report *on is there, i always report those types of comments YET most of the times takes even 3 days (in rare cases even more) to action be taken, the reports are there but the action isn't, meanwhile anyone dare to say anything "controversial" instantly boom

oups, my mistake. Just see after years it's at the bottom right. But there should be more vigilance and faster reaction to those message that are obviously agian the rule.

Hello, thank you guys for reporting any comments that directly violate the forum rules, especially those with malicious links. Due to this section being mainly for bugs and suggestions, I will have to lock this thread, but thank you for bringing up the topic of the response time on the reported comments, I will be discussing this with other moderators. I have also already discussed the censoring of posts, and this is indeed a topic of discussion that will be continuing. But for now, please just remember that the moderators of each section are intended to censor any malicious material, such as those links, or anything that is directly countering the forum rules. Some countries around the world have strong beliefs in "Freedom of Speech", while others have far stricter beliefs. Each section on the forum has vastly different uses and rules, and while I might allow threads such as this to exist, other sections have no obligation to leave it open, nor are they allowed to leave it open, as the intentions behind such a post are in short... derogatory. I allow these posts on this section due to my personal belief that everyone should be able to report a moderator, and they should feel like their voice is heard, even if the claims are outlandish, which I am not saying these claims are outlandish, just stating a theoretical. I have taken this post, and the previous ones, and discussed it with my manager, as well as other moderators, and will continue to do so, however, due to the nature of the replies on these posts, they will not be remaining open for as long as we have allowed this one to be.
