Server is having maintanence and is offline until 8am. Not 8am YOUR time as that is different user to user. 8am Server time. Top left corner you'll notice the screencap was at almost 4am server time.

I can see that. I am aware that it is 4am. But displaying that they have a maintenance is completely different thing. Maintenance only lasts for 1 hour and 30 minutes - 2 hours. It's not a maintenance if it says something like that and lasts something up to 4 hrs more. The server already opened

You say it's opened up, but server 118 appears to be a US server. From the maintenance topic in news I find this:
4、Servers Affected: All US Servers
Time: September 29th, 5:00 – 7:00 AM New York Time, 2:00 – 4:00 AM Los Angeles Time.

The current time is 4:13 EST New York time, 1:13 PST Los Angeles.
So they actually started the maintenance an hour earlier than scheduled.

But you say the server is already opened with absolution. How do you know it's open?
Edit: I wrote 111 by mistake instead of 118, but both are NY servers.
Also, jumping server to server it is ALL US servers down right now.

This isn't bug. We probably used different/wrong message this time. I will report that and next time it will display the right one.
