There are any number of reasons this could be happening. One of the more common reasons we get for situations like this is a poor local-server connection. While you may have a strong local internet connection, that does not necessarily mean you have a strong connection to the game server, which is quite common if you are physically distant to the game servers. Interruptions in play and sudden blackouts can occur if the "physical route" your connection takes to the game server (for lack of a better explanation) is interrupted by something unexpected, such as an outage or damage. We suggest trying a VPN to route yourself around the outage. Multiple VPNs or multiple servers on a VPN is advised to ensure you have the best coverage possible.
