Hello, this can be caused by either an improper connection to the game's servers, or the client not loading correctly. I would suggest clearing client cache and flushing DNS. If these do not work, you might need to try reinstalling your client or restarting your pc/router. The final thing you c*e to login would be a VPN. A VPN would allow you to bypass any issues that might be occurring between your pc and the game's servers, but you might need to try all of the servers within the VPN to get it to work properly.

i have the same issue cant login wether via my pc, laptop, or puffin

Was logged in and went and changed classes and upon its auto refresh after class changing i got blackscreened and it wont load.

same..tried client,puffin,maxthon nothing seems to work

tried vpn this time still black screen on all client and puffin

same here....

any fixes or we just waiting here for no reason and should just delete

Hello all, there is currently no login issues with the server mentioned at the start of this thread. If you are having issues with a different server, I would suggest creating a new thread if it is spread-out throughout your entire server. However, have any of you tried the fixes mentioned above? Including using multiple different servers within the VPN, or multiple different VPNs?

we tryed all those...for me a simple refresh worked...even tho i did refresh 100 times before...no ideea what fixed it....
