Why are you only able to get 50 Frags of the Jiraiya (Toads Chant) in the Balloon Event ? Is this a Glitch?

Please fix it so I can get my Ninja.... I been waiting for this Event to get it.

Hello, this was intended, we verified it as soon as this event was released. I do not know the reason for this being the choice, but it was indeed intended to only be purchasable up to 50 fragments from this event.
