1＃ Go ToHello, and yes, I want help obtain Konan, send me all your seal scrolls NOW! Just kidding...but on a serious note...Is Konan one of the fixed ninja from seal treasure? I'm aware in future patches (long time away) she becomes available in the store, at least that's what chinese servers have, but is Konan something I can guarantee in like 50 scrolls? Or get lucky in like 20 scrolls? Or is it like 100 scrolls or go home?

Nothing in Seal Treasure is fixed like Tendo Pain Is. Notorious went hundreds and hundreds of scrolls without getting what he wanted from Seal Treasure, just * dupes. You can go 1000 seal scrolls and not get her. But every 50-70 seal scrolls you'll get any ninja on the designated list. -
