Please ensure all screenshots are uncropped and contain server date/time and player info.

I have been having problems for the past 2 weeks with inability to participate in cross server events also. Just this past week I am unable to use any of the team presets with the exception of the last one. And finally I had recruited Jiraya (Toad chant) last week due to recharge. When I logged on Thursday he was un recruited and I had only 35 frags. Re-recruited during the ingot spending this week . If anything I should have 80 frags and not 35 frags.

I received the 2nd place prize after placing 1st place i have video evidence of me spending 5k coupons and around 74k ingots on the event the event deadline was stated to be 22:59:59 and i refreshed before and after deadline and remained 1st place i spent around 50k at this point i logged in 40 minutes later and noticed i was passed even though the event deadline was over and spent another 22k around 23:50:00 just incase the event deadline was bugged so i spent before midnight reset and went up to 16k sakura gift points and was put back into 1st place but after midnight passed the event disappeared with me still in first place but received the 2nd place prize
