Hi Can you please check if there is a bug with season ticket draw? Reward banner shows it's possible to get Optional magatama lv. 4 pack however I've only received Optional magatama lv. 2 pack instead and non lv. 4 pack. Is it a bug in rewardbanner or rewards which I have received?

Hello, there are many rewards that are not listed in the sliding rewards list on that page, the level 4 magatama packs are more rare than the level 2 packs.
