yea he is in shop but 2days per fragment. would take a years to get him 4stars. in seals well its easier there but the focus is on gnw tho not on edo tensei draw. and you can skip em if u dnt like the fuku if u dnt want it some want it tho. his water gun is fun to watch.

Totally agree.It's easy to farm him via exchange shop on top of treasure banner. Old server players have gengetsu 4 stars or close to it easly already and new players c*e brain, double draw him before recruiting so frags are not wasted, exchange 20 in shop and gg 4star ninja done. Can be added as extra ninja in fuku pack but if we are talking about removing Naruto / Kakuzu / ETR Madara etc from ninja pool in fuku packs and you guys want to add Gengetsu / Rasa etc instead then idk dude...

Sometimes Im really happy that Oasis doesn't care about players opinions (for the most part not always, it's better now but I still remember dark days and sage world survey etc)
