There are few wrong things in your post like minato scaling via mystery [its by his chase] or you are talking about naruto non BT then next comparing naruto scaling (he has no scaling with out bt) etc...

To make it short:

1) Kimono Shisui non BT and BT version - both are nothing special in current meta and no you can't stack hiruzens buff + fire mains red lotus, wind mains wind dance etc it counts as same buff cuz dmg boost and duration is same as hiruzens -> waste of coupons in general to build this team

2) Naruto non BT and BT -> easly your best choice because you have supports for him so instead of wasting time with edo hiruzen you can just invest in making this naruto 4 star. Non BT Naruto way stronger than non bt kimono shisui and non bt no barrier edo minato so it's not even a comparison dude.

3) Edo Minato no BT 3 star with no bond skill barrier is just straight up useless. Instead of building him 4 star and bond barrier to be competetive it's 10times easier and cheaper to just get 4star naruto.

PS Naruto 4 star - Rin - Creation Kakuzu cheapest option to be relevant in this game right now or 4star Edo tensei Madara - Nagato BT - Edo Sasori BT everything else is a complete waste of time and coupons for f2p players.

Thanks for the reply, I was talking about Minato pathetic scaling as he needs to use mystery to gain a boost in that specific round if he is alone, needless to say he was my last choice, but i quess I will focus everything refines charms on Naruto. He heals and he is good at every event. Shisui gets good initiative (max stacked up to 10% initiative) so i can go againts higher level and if its breakthrough Y+1 version mystery gives slow so that i can *use multiple mysteries (immobile or interruption or buff/shield removing skills). 48% ninjutsu + 2% initiative boost per round if chases aren't ruined for Shisui, but it seems i will go with Naruto

Currently most people use 6Path Naruto and with his chase dodge Shisui is not able to scale much on top of irremovable ignite being useless. I have them both maxed and can tell you that same power vs same power Kimono Shisui vs 6p Naruto is one sided stomp in favour of Naruto. It's hard to win with shisui vs naruto even with power advantage.

yeah shisui cant compare to position ones like naruto, but irremovable ignition is very good. part of what makes indra amazing because it prevents healing and you cannot stop it. the damage isnt that important, but preventing healing is very valuable.

True but Indra's ignite passive is 10times better version compared to shisui who can only chase 1 person for example in gnw not to mention that you can't chase naruto pretty much.

Kimono shisui should have that irremovable ignite on his standard and that would put him on same power level as 6p naruto I also really like him but right now it's yikes.

Naruto dodges chases so can't ignite him to cut that healing, 10T Obito is immune to ninjutsu so Shisui's standard that does insane dmg is useless like for real chase undodgeable or standard with irremovable ignition instead would be buff he needs.
