And at the end here is my power gain from level 1>12 of this scroll

so around 18000 power

This scroll is not so good for pure power numbers because it gives 0 ninjutsu and relatively small attack stats (atk/nin give the highest power numbers) but it does give a good amount of injury which is one of important stats
