Everytime i click in rank or training say it or "refresh failed to connect cross server" i already refreshed, closed and still continue

if i try do ranked battle, appear "now participating in the arena, cannot execute other operations"

Hello, does arena work properly after clearing the client cache, and flushing DNS? If not, what server are you having this issue with, and are others on your server also experiencing this issue?
