Hello, what nerf do you propose, and why do you believe Zetsu should be nerfed?

It is weird that some people do not actually understand the difference between EN version and CN version.

EN version is not "EN: TRANSLATED TO ENGLISH LANGUAGE OF CN but Overall the same game". Get a hold of yourself bro.

Your suggestion could have gone differently, in a better way if you must know, if you just suggest properly.

I'll give you a hint for next time:

"Hey can we suggest Zetsu's BT to be the same as what CN has? I know we have no rights to tell you what to do so we just wanna ask nicely. Thank you!"

In fact, you have now justified the inaction of the administration, in general, there is nothing bright left in the game, only pumping. The game does not develop, it’s just funny to ask politely, we are employers, investors, not beggars.

I will say this again, I am not pro or anti Oasis, its staff and members. But at the very least I know that it is their game, it is their rights, it is their decision to make with however they intend the game to be. All the players have to do is to play if they want to, suggest if they want improvements and so on.

We have the option to buy ingots for instant boost, but it is optional. No one gets to tell them what to do, unless ofc they take anyone's side (which is btw their own discretion)

I think it's time people start to re-evaluate their judgments. It is getting rusty it seems.

Zetsu was a major problem in CN due to the way everyone balances all positions there. Here we have a heavily stacked meta, resulting in clones not being as heavily stacked as they would be here. Zetsu is a fun and interesting unit here, and heavily RNG based. I can recommend that we get the skill changes that CN received, but I can not guarantee any sort of time line for this, or guarantee that it will happen.

Hold on so we have a unit that has infinite unmissable aoe scaling standard attack who is able to heal itself by the thousands with each attack even when is not dealing any damage to inmune to ninjutsu units, mostly inmune to chase with *l round mystery with crazy splash damage.... and the problem is Zetsu. Really?

Right, proof of it is that everyone is using Zetsu in their teams, oh wait they don't, they're using that other unit nobody seems to want to balance just because they can easily abuse using it :)

its not like that, to them is occasional, as happened before depending on the occasion is either "we are our own version and not follow the main game" or "we are not allowed to change xyz because of xyz on main version"

Actually I am no expert, especially in this specific topic. EN vs CN. But in all honestly, I think the only ones who can actually tell are those involve. Both of the management of the 2 games (versions) involved.

With the copyrights and stuff, modifications or whatever, I am guessing CN are atleast aware of what is happening in the other version and I believe if EN has violated any, I think we would know it by now. Surely they both have representatives in each versions as to check for the updates of one another.

Again I am no expert, just my opinion. And I am sure a lot of players do not know either. So in the mean time, just be respectful. That is all to it actually.

That is why someone needs to call them out. It can be anyone, not just me. There are mods who filter some posts thus letting them off the ho0k. They will live another day and do it all over again knowing that they can get off easily. This time people should think before they click. I hope they can change for the better this way :)

The highest oversight for the CN version is the CCP. This makes a gigantic difference. Our version is aware and acts accordingly.

on topic... usually in this type of contracts the buyer of the rights have the rights to the ip/franchise and within the franchise they can change stuff but ofc as i stated in other threads we don't know what is written exactly in the contract, its all speculations

Partnerships and agreements do not work the same within the CCP. Westerns need to re-up their communist education. Things work very differently depending on which country we are talking about.

I am not pretty sure if a disccusion with uncertainties and full of speculations is worth discussing for.

- Zetsu is a pretty cool ninja btw. I like him, so annoying yet so powerful. Esp in arena. I think he is perfect the way he is. I really wish I could try his BT on my own tho, see how it feels like on the other side hehe

It would seem to be speculative from the view point of someone who does not know. The CCP does not have any agreements where they are equal or less than. The CCP has the advantage on all agreements because they have leverage. It has been this way for a very long time.

This is relevant because even with a licensing agreement, Oasis must continue to obey. You only have to look as far as American professional sports to see perfect examples.

I will elaborate: American professional sports should hold the advantage because it's their goods and services, yet the CCP still has such an extreme advantage, anyone associated with the leagues must immediately apologize for any actions deemed offensive.

It might be better and more credible for one to present actual facts, such as the actual agreement of the two sides, before convincing otherwise. As far as I can tell, we are still all guessing.

No matter the language, the system, the community, one's rule is one's rule. Hope we all get it this time around.

As much as possible I don't want to bring this up, but could it be possible that one is trying to justify one's action of belittling others cause one thinks those people do not contribute? I sincerely hope not.
