Top is sim, bottom is ingame, i wonder is this a bug or is our version of madara just utter scuffed compared to what he actually should be
because even if typo, half his passive is not working best case

Hello,
In regards to ETR Madara, we are aware that he is unfortunately bugged. We've received word from the devs that he will hopefully be fixed in a week or so. However, please be aware that whatever "sim" is does not take precedence over the game's stats and abilities. Whatever is in the game trumps that. Other sites posting data on what they think or expect the game to have or what other versions of the game have does not necessarily reflect what this version of the game has or may have.
