nk give fragments of ninjas .. at the end you sell the frags or better bliss sacrifice them to get a fragments of naruto .. lately naruto chakra comes out in the events. take advantage .. also in week missions sometimes you get the opportunity to defeat him and win a fragment ... luck !!! -

other method is to wait some1 to steal ur ores. u might get something called paper bomb( really not sure bout the name. traded all mine to jiraiya). 1 piece of that can be change to 1-3 frags of naruto 9 tails chakra. only 1 try each day. really old event, nobody does that anymore.
