Hello! I came here to ask for your help, maybe i can get some infos about the case, or maybe it can be solved somehow, or i dont know. I had a post, at Bugs & Support , which is showed in photo posted here. I was wondering, if i couldnt claim Rin then, for her 4 stars upgrade, can i get her from somewhere else? Like, a shop? Or.. I dont know? If not, thats a bit sad, not gonna lie.

Compensation for this missed reward due to in-game issues will have to be resolved through CS, sadly. They are aware of the issue, but I am not privy to any further information regarding this process. If you have already created a CS ticket, I would suggest bumping it by asking them the status of the issue.
