Hello! When server merges happen, they are announced in News Section of the forum. You can find the Server Merger Request thread here (a new one is posted every month).

Server merges take time and must account for a number of factors. A server merger request lets the team know that your community is looking for a server merger, but it doesn't mean that a server merger happens right away.
