I made an objection to Consumer Service last week because I paid 99.99 dollars but it didn't come in.But I'm very disappointed that I've only answered to wait and posted a screenshot of the payment details, but it's still not being done.How do I solve this problem?

My bank account balance still appears to have been paid off.

Hello, The CS support team is away during the weekend. You should hopefully get a response now that they're back during the business week, though please keep in mind that they're likely working through a backlog of tickets created by the weekend. You should get a response some time today.

How long do we have to wait?It's already been four days since I sent you a CS ticket...I sent it on Saturday.
