F2P Lightning main, level 51, new server.

I think that I kind of need hashirama to get those extra combos and also because my combo starts with him (and also because most of people in the server have hashirama in their line-ups and i need a counter) but I think that I should change him to other ninja in the future to get more power and/or combo, when should I change hashirama?

Hashirama is a support ninja. When your pos 1 can go along with supports better than hashirama, thats when you drop him.
