Hey, quick question, I tried recharging twice earlier today on the mini client, it said operation was successful but the ingots never arrived to my account for some reason. That was done through the credit card payment method but when I tried paypal, the transaction went through and I got my ingots. So I'm out on the earlier two recharge, I message support and they ask me to provide the Oasis invoice number which I fail to take a screenshot of earlier today. Is there any way to recover this? I do have the transactions in my bank account if you need me to provide it.
