With 35k coupons yes you should have enough to 4* Rinnesasuke unless he is priced higher than normal. But you are right 130 protection vials most likely won't be enough to get all of his good breakthroughs. However, its semi-likely that the great plates event will overlap with the next Fuku and if you have any coupons left over after buying Sasuke (or if he is still in the Great Plates rewards packs), you can spend in there and you'll get more vials/protects at the same time.

I do just want to ask though, why do you want Rinnesasuke? Do you like him as a character specifically, or like his skillset the most? In terms of gameplay success, you'd be better off buying and BTing Six Paths Naruto. Sasuke does counter him but even still most of the time in Sasuke v Naruto matchups, Naruto comes out on top.

Ok no problem, I just wanted to make sure you knew what you were getting into and that you didn't think Sasuke was going to be some godly ninja and then be disappointed. As someone who hasn't been able to get SOSP yet and constantly faces him I agree he is definitely annoying and I think it is kind of a lazy cop out that everyone just uses him, but at the same time he is the best win chance in most cases so I can understand why they do.
