1＃ Go ToHello,so i cant play on a cross server platform like sage and arena and other events thatrequires cross server platform but everything else plays normally in my own server merge i dont understand what's the problem here anyone has an idea?

Hello,
What region do you play on, and what region of the world are you in? This is often caused by a poor connection to the game server due to a region mismatch, such as by players physically located in Asia playing in the UK region, or players in west Asia playing in the Asia region when the server is located in eastern Asia (for example). Many people find that a VPN solves this problem. Have you tried this?

Hi the problem is solved after i contacted customer service they didnt say what was the cause of the problem tho but i can play in cross server now works just fine and i'm in europe region and playing on an american server that might be it but idk :)
