EU serwers were down all day, I've lost my full month attendace, I won't get akatsuchi from Mount Myoboku event, THANKS OASIS !!!!!! and of course no compensation at all

Hello,
What physical region of the world are you located in? Have you tried clearing cache and flushing DNS yet? Many problems like this are solved by using a VPN. I would suggest trying this to solve your issue.

I play on EU server so I'm in EU.

I'm sorry but did You even read what I wrote?

My server was down all Sunday, I could log in with no problems on Monday. It wasn't only me, everyone in my guild could not log in on Sunday. The problem was clearly at your end not ours.

Full month attendace lost, I won't get mount myoboku ninja also, exp lost, coupons lost.

and it's same thing every half a year where there is a time change, serwers out for a day.

Hello, there were some login errors on the 19th, or 20th, depending upon your region of the world, but it was limited to NY and LA time zones, not UK. We typically ask in regards to your location in regards to the server, as many players play in countries that are not located near the server location, and can occasionally experience a disconnect from the servers, due to a server outage not caused by your internet provider or the game's servers. If you missed any rewards due to an outage of some sort, I would suggest creating a CS ticket and providing them with as much details and screenshots of the issue as possible. They are the only ones that would be able to help with lost rewards.

Its the same thing with server 1651, ive been locked out all day, and its the final day before new server power rewards go out.
