I would like to receive the contact information to regain my refunds, since my server is full with cheaters and I don't see the benefits of continue playing. Every file report has been carefully motivated, empowered with proof and images, yet OASIS did not stop the problem or do proper investigation.

PS: don't see this as bashing, I do not hold personal grudge against any moderator. I'm describing the facts.
