I've noticed this for a while, not sure if anyone else has brought this up but in Arena sometimes the mission is to get a victory with ninja with chase skill level 0 or victory with chase skill level 1. Like me today.
And when I click on show which ninja is applicable for Chase Skill Level 0 it shows people with no chases (like Naruto, Shino). Expected.

But whenI click to show ninja applicable to Chase Skill Level 1 it shows people with 2 chases (Hinata, Sasuke).

So by that logic what are people with only 1 chase? Level 0.5? Doesn't really make sense.
