Hello, this is likely caused by a faulty connection to the game's server. This is not particularly due to any fault of your own, or a fault on Oasis's end. I would suggest clearing client cache, flushing DNS, and if that does not work, try using a VPN, and see if that corrects the issue. You may have to use multiple VPN servers to get around the issue.
