As I see, Ao is a much better version of GNW Shino, so you might want to carry him as a clone utility with interruption immune interruption xD

He can take place of Hinata/Neji in your current team, if you have them in it :D

Some of my current lineups consist of: Lightning main with iruka, hinata, an sasuke others are like kimmimaru, jugo an sasuke

so ur sayin just replace my hinata with ao

You need to match your team to Ao if u are using Hinata, not Neji. Neji is just a swap, but with Hinata, you need to adjust the rest of your combos.

i decided to put iruka ahead of Ao because he ends up with 3700 shield and he can dodge

Ao with azure fang works nicely together with mei and one among chojuro, sailor sakura and sage naruto.

I have been using this team at 26K power and have been absolutely loving it. Within the first round you will control 2 - 3 ninjas and by the 2nd round, you can easily have the entire opponents team controlled(almost always). Third round you drop Gaara's special and at that time it's gg.
