Mini client recharge visa canada but they dont show me the page to enter my card number i miss 2000 ingot to reach the requirement in this quest :( plz help event great plate

If you close the tab that shows "channel.oasispay" and open the tab that says "Recharge Center" you should be able to recharge there.

i can see the page recharge i choose 2500 ingot click buy and that pupup me the white page whit Get payment session failed writed

i try on a navigator directely on the website same thing happened

idk why many ppl have the same problem

Are you trying to recharge through credit card? I just received confirmation that there are issues with this specific payment method, but should be okay through paypal.

yes credit card visa

Are you able to link that credit card to an electronic pay source, such as paypal?

notting work paypal or visa on navigator or mini client , i lost all my 9 GREAT PLATE GIFT PACK IV on last event no compensation gifted for that problem ..... l

finish spend money on this game they never give a compensation gift for the bug notting i lost like 38000 Ingot / coupon

they dont care about us just want money TY oasis game i hope many ppl will do same thing as me :)
